If you would like to discuss your design in more detail, make cash payment or collect your order when ready, you are welcome to see us in person in our admin offices. However please observe the following :
- Diamfin administration offices are located in Sandton CBD (North of Johannesburg) where access is only granted by appointment.Workshops and the diamond depot are in the Johannesburg Diamond Centre, both are restricted areas where only staff members are allowed access. To make an appointment please call 0861 99 88 88 or send an email
- We do not work from a retail shop nor do we keep stock or samples to show you, there are just too many possible alloy/diamond combinations for each design. Keeping stock would be impractical and would result in much higher item prices. All designs are manufactured from scratch by a team of qualified craftsmen.
- Should you wish to collect your order personally please bring your ID or Passport. Please note that courier/insurance charges will still apply as your order will have to travel between the factory and our office.
