Your Payment Options

Payment for your purchase to our FNB *Diamfin account (details are at the end of the checkout process) can be made using one of the following payment methods:

1. Online by Credit Card (straight or budget installment options)

Paying online by credit card is safe and fast. Your card details are protected by the latest 3D Secure encryption technology and payment verification is instantaneous (please see Site Security). As there are almost no clearance delays we will place your order into our crafting and delivery process on the next business day (please see Order Tracking). Additionally, for ease of payment you can make use of your budget facility of 6, 12, 24 or more installments. Credit card purchases are limited to order amounts under R 20 000.

2. Online by Internet Transfer

You can pay for your purchase by adding our banking details to your list of internet banking beneficiaries and then transfer the order amount electronically. Once your transaction is completed you can email to us the receipt as proof of payment. Should you transact from other bank than FNB the payment verification could take up to three business days.

3. By Direct Bank Deposit

This is the traditional way of making payment where you will need to visit your closest FNB branch. The bank deposit slip will then have to be completed with correct order amount and your full name as reference. You can deposit in this way cash or a cheque. However for cheques there will be a clearance period of up to seven business days.

4. By International Money Transfer (**CMA countries)

This option can only be used if you are ordering from outside of South Africa and can be done online or at your local bank. In addition to our banking details you will need our bank’s SWIFT code which you will find at the end of the checkout process.
